In the historical center of the city of Toledo, supported by centuries of history, is located the traditional marzipan bakery of Santo Tomé. Since 1856 we have developed our products in a traditional way, without adding anything that would detract from the special taste of mazapán, food linked to Toledo from many centuries ago. We want the tradition of this product so emblematic for the city to continue alive.
